Iain Butcher boxed against Paddy Barnes, the current European light flyweight champion, today in Delhi. This was a very tough draw for Iain and, despite his World class opponent, Iain gave a very good account of himself and was narrowly beaten 4-2.
The Team Scotland coaches commented on how fantastically well Iain boxed and that he gave everything against one of the best boxers in the tournament.
