Amateur Boxing Scotland is delighted to announce that the first ABS Introduction to Coaching course to be held in the Edinburgh this Saturday, 22nd September, is fully subscribed.
The course details are as follows:
Date: Saturday 22nd September
Time: 8.30am-5.00pm
Venue: Meadowbank Sports Centre, 139-143 London Road, Edinburgh, EH7 6AE
Can all attendees please bring with them:
- A bottle of water
- At least one pair of gloves per coach for pad work (12-14oz gloves recommended)
- Appropriate clothes and footwear for exercise, as there will be warm-up and exercises included in the practical sessions
- A pair of focus pads
- A pen and pad for taking notes
Can all attendees please make sure they have breakfast before attending the course, as the practical work will start at 9.15am
Lunch, tea/coffee and snacks will be provided on the day
