ABS is delighted to announce that the Introduction to Coaching course held at Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh on Saturday 22nd September, was another huge success.
The course was attended by the full quota of forty coaches, from both the Eastern and Western Districts of ABS. This included coaches from as far away as Dumfries with others travelling from Perth and Hawick. This kind of commitment from coaches within Amateur Boxing Scotland, is typical of the hard work and effort clubs and coaches put into the sport.
For the fourth time running, the course feedback sheets indicated that 100% of the ITC attendees said they would recommend the ITC course to other coaches, which is very encouraging for ABS as we move forward with the Coach Education Programme.
If any coaches or clubs are interested in the ABS Introduction to Coaching course, please contact ABS Coach & Club Development Officer James Docherty at: james.docherty@abs-ltd.org.uk
ABS will announce future course details in due course.
