ABS Ltd would like to announce that the planned R&J Refresher course planned for this weekend, on 05 December 2010, at the Green Hotel in Kinross is duly cancelled.
This is because of the ongoing severe weather which is especially bad in the Kinross area. ABS will communicate an alternative date and venue in due course once it is safer for our referees and judges to travel.
