ABS would like to notify its members it is receiving numerous items of mail with insufficient postage fees on them. When this occurs ABS staff are required to pay the remaining postage costs at the local sorting office to allow collection of underpaid items of mail. ABS requests that all mail sent to the Livingston Office has the correct postage costs to allow it to reach the ABS Office at 5 Nasmyth Court, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5EG
Should ABS have to collect underpaid post in future, the sender will be issued with a £10 administration fee to cover the additional costs incurred recovering it.
