The ABS Introduction to Coaching course being held on Saturday 26 May 2012, 8.30am-5.00pm, at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell, ML1 2TZ, is now fully booked and paid up by the following clubs/coaches:

Registration will be from 8.30am-8.45am with breakfast rolls served at 8.30am.
Can all coaches please bring the following:
- A water bottle
- At least one pair of gloves per coach for pad work (12-14oz gloves recommended)
- Appropriate clothes and footwear for exercise, as there will be warm-up and exercises included in the practical sessions
- A pen and pad for taking notes
