Reminder for the ABS Introduction to Coaching course tomorrow 8.30am-5.00pm at the Ravenscriag Regional Sports Facility, O’Donnell Way, Motherwell, ML1 2TZ.
Can all attending please bring the following:
- A water bottle
- At least one pair of gloves per coach for pad work (12-14oz gloves recommended)
- Appropriate clothes and footwear for exercise, as there will be warm-up and exercises included in the practical sessions
- A pen and pad for taking notes
There will be breakfast rolls, tea and coffee served at registration between 8.30am-8.50am
Practical work will start at 9.15am
A two course lunch will also be provided on the day
