To continue our theme, We are highlighting the sportscotland Mental Health and Wellbeing Awareness and Volunteers E-Learning module. Mental Health and Wellbeing E-Learning module

Although there is no completion certificate, it’s not mandated but we hope you would agree this is a worthwhile exercise.

The E-Learning module aims to support Coaches and Volunteers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Sports Development colleagues in collaboration with the Scottish Institute of Sport and SAMH have development the module, COVID-19 Mental Health and Wellbeing Awareness.

The Module will help participants to;

  • Expand your knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing.
  • Recognise the impact of sport and physical activity on positive mental health and wellbeing.
  • Identify your own mental health and wellbeing priorities.
  • Explore the effects of COVID-19 on you and your participants,
