Boxing Scotland Ltd (BSL) is recruiting for a part time Emerging Talent Coach.
The Emerging Talent Coach will report to the National Coach and the post holder will be responsible for programming and delivering a robust emerging talent (development) strategic programme in alignment with the current elite performance boxing programme in Scotland, and assist with the elite performance programme as and when required.
The Boxing Scotland Ltd (BSL) Emerging Talent Coach will also have the responsibility of reviewing and updating the existing development programme, working in tandem with the National and Technical Coach, ensuring the best possible opportunities for those involved to gain enjoyment and maximise their potential.
