Boxing Scotland would like to inform ALL Club coaches hoping to coach at this weekend’s Novice Championship Finals and Semi-Finals, that they MUST display their 2014-15 Coach Registration Badge to collect their coach band each day and to access the Field of Play.
Following the first weekend of the 2014 Novice Championships, Boxing Scotland has received a number of complaints about coaches not displaying their Coach Registration Badge within the Field of Play and will be taking a tougher stance on the issue this weekend. Any coach not displaying their 2014-15 Coach Registration Badge will not be able to collect their coach band for the event and will not be permitted to access the Field of Play, with no exceptions.
To help the event run as smoothly as possible last weekend, Boxing Scotland issued a number of temporary badges to accommodate coaches who were fully registered, but had lost or misplaced their Coach Registration Badge.
PLEASE NOTE: This will not be the case at this weekend’s event. Any coach without their 2014-15 Coach Registration Badge badge will not be able to collect their band from the coach band desk and will not be permitted to access the Field of Play at any time.
Any coaches that are not registered with the latest 2014-15 Coach Registration Badge or have lost their 2014-15 badge should contact James Docherty at james.docherty@boxingscotland.org before 5pm tomorrow (Thursday 23rd Octboer) to receive a replacement/renewed badge.
Any requests received after 5pm tomorrow will not be processed, due to the workload that comes with the Novice Championships.
