So the draw hass been done and boxing has started. None of the lads are boxing on the first day as some have received byes into the next round. Tomorrow (wednesday) we have Josh Taylor and Aston Brown both on and looking forward to competeing for everyone back home. Both have been looking nice and sharp in there final preperations of training so we are all looking forward to them delivering sparkling performances.
Josh Taylor is up against Welsh boxer Darren Edwards who is a previous games bronze medalist so this will be a good test for Josh but I’m sure he will come through with flying colours.
Aston Brown is up against Rayton Okwiri (Kenya) we dont know too much about this boxer but the Kenyans are normally very tough boxers, but again with Astons skills I’m sure he will come out with a win for scotland.
We are all keeping the good training up and just preparing for our bouts as they come and we are all enjoying the games experience so far, look out for Josh and Aston on the bbc tomorrow (Wednesday)
