Amateur Boxing Scotland will be running workshops for Coaches active within ABS affiliated Clubs this November.
The workshop is an introduction to Amateur Boxing coaching for new and relatively new Coaches who feel they would benefit from attending an introductory workshop.
The workshops will cover a variety of areas relevant to Amateur Boxing and Amateur Boxing Scotland including AIBA Rules, basic human anatomy, coaching styles and techniques, risk assessments, warm ups and other areas relating to the sport.
