Message from The Chairman

March 28, 2011 By Paul Coleman

youth finals

As we approach the end of the 2011 Scottish Championships, I would like to send out a personal Thank You for all help and support to date, to all who have been involved in or have participated in the Championships. We have so far witnessed some fantastic boxing which gives us great hope for the future of Amateur Boxing in Scotland.

I would also like to extend my congratulations to all our new Scottish Champions; and all Silver Medallists for their achievements in getting to the Finals. You are all a credit to Scottish Boxing.

I am confident those athletes involved can now push on and be part of our World Class development programmes designed to put Scotland on the map as a top Boxing Nation.

With the help and support shown by clubs, coaches, boxers, officials, volunteers and spectators alike, we can continue to BRING BACK BOXING

I look forward to seeing you at  the Schoolboys and juniors

Regards

Richard Thomas
