ABS is pleased to announce it will be holding a training session for all open class Senior and Youth Boxers on Sunday 24 June 2012 at the Springhill Gym, Kirk Road, Shotts, Ml7 5ET between 10.00am and 12.00pm.
Boxers are asked to bring the necessary training and sparring equipment with them.
