Boxing Scotland Ltd would like extend an open invitation to its Referees and Judges to officiate at the 2013 Novice Championships being held on 19/20/26/27 October 2013 at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell. Officials in attendance at the forthcoming October BSL District meetings will also be asked to confirm their availability for this event.
This year’s Novice Championships are expected to eclipse the 2012 entry of 441 boxers. So, with plenty of roles to fill, any volunteers who will not be officiating at the event, are urged to contact the BSL office, to offer their services on their chosen days over the two weekends.
BSL will appoint officials for the weigh-in, medical carding and other roles at the event.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed for those in attendance subject to completion of an expense claim form.
Referees and Judges are required to dress as per AIBA rules.

BSL will confirm arrival times for different roles at the Championships and announce any further relevant details in due course.
