Dear Member Clubs,
Boxing Scotland are delighted to release the Running Orders for the Boxing Scotland School, Junior & Youth Golden Gloves Championships.
More than 300 entries were received for this season’s Championships, with approximately 200 contests now set to take place.
Scotland’s brightest talents will box over two weekends to determine who are the Undisputed Best School, Junior and Youth boxers in this country.
The competition will be held at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility in Motherwell on the weekends of 22nd-23rd February and 1st-2nd March 2025.
For the purposes of understanding the draw, please see below which age groups will box in which ring at the Championships;
RING ONE;
- Youth 2007
- Junior 2009
- School 2011
RING TWO;
- Youth 2008
- Junior 2010
- School 2012, 2013 & 2014
The weigh-in will take place from 8-10am each day, with boxing commencing at 11am.
Please note, on Saturday 22nd February in Ring One only the Golden Gloves Championships will begin at Noon, as six bouts carried over from the Development C/D/E Championships will box first from 11am.
