There was another great turn out at the Talent ID training session held on Saturday 11 January 2014 at the Forgewood gym in Motherwell.

During the first session, 22 1999 and 1998 born male boxers attended.

During the second session, 27 2002, 2001 and 2000 born male boxers attended
During the third session, 7 2002 to 1997 born female boxers attended.

In all three session the boxers went through a warm up and stretch followed by four rounds of shadow boxing covering balance, shape, understanding distance and speed.
